PRESERVING THE LEGACY OF THE REGION
We truly stand on the shoulders of giants. To accomplish this mission, we must first embrace the rich history of the Region. Then, we need strategies that deliver effective leadership development, with a focus on continuous education. Only then can we rise from our predecessors' shadows and establish our own vision for the Region in the 21st century by Honoring Southern Region History, Nurturing Leadership Development, Ensuring Chapter Viability, and Evaluating Partnerships for Brotherhood Benefit.

Meet Brother Bradford

Black (& Gold) Wallstreet
Just as the Greenwood District of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the Bradford administration will create a “bustling intersection” within the fraternity that serves as the epicenter of African American business and culture – Alpha owned. We are committed to supporting, creating, and sustaining these businesses to elevate our collective economic strength as a Region.
If you are interested in showcasing your business to the larger brotherhood, please send details about your business (including contact information, social media handles, etc.) to OperationAlphaSouth@gmail.com. Let's build a legacy of prosperity together.

A Message From Brother Bradford
Greetings, Brothers! I’m Brother Matthew Bradford, Past District Director of Florida and YOUR certified candidate for 29th Southern Regional Vice President! Our campaign, Operation Alpha South, is on a mission to Protect, Preserve, and Promote the excellence of our Southern Region. Together, we will harness the incredible potential of the Southern Region, unite our amazing Brotherhood, and create new paths for achievement and growth. We will also modernize our operations to fit today’s world and strengthen our communities through impactful service and strong advocacy. With your support, we will build on our past successes and inspire a new chapter of greatness within the Southern Region!

The Phrat House Initiative (The P.H.I.)
The Phrat House Initiative (The P.H.I.) aims to empower chapters across the Southern Region to secure their own multipurpose facility, an Alpha House. Led by Brothers and experts who have successfully navigated this process, the P.H.I. committee will conduct thorough research and market analysis to develop a comprehensive roadmap with recommended strategies for project planning, property identification, funding, and execution. Recognizing that one size doesn’t fit all, the committee will ensure chapters have the best practices, knowledge, and resources to confidently move forward on this important journey.
This initiative goes beyond securing property; it’s about deepening the bonds of Brotherhood by creating chapter spaces for fellowship, mentorship, advocacy, and service. The P.H.I. will lay the groundwork for enduring unity and growth, equipping chapters with the tools needed to pursue a facility that serves not just as a building, but as a symbolic home where Brotherhood can thrive. Through these efforts, the P.H.I. will assist chapters in contributing to a lasting legacy while enhancing the Southern Region and our dear Fraternity.

The B.R.O. Report
Supporting our Brothers in their pursuit of leadership roles is not just a duty; it’s a core mission of the Bradford administration. We are unwavering in our commitment to fostering political engagement at every level. To this end, we will launch the Brothers Running for Office (B.R.O.) Report, an initiative dedicated to identifying and championing our Brothers who are stepping up to lead—whether they are running for office at the local, state, or national level. Together, we will ensure that our Brothers have the resources, guidance, and support they need to make meaningful impacts in our communities.
If you aspire to serve or are already in office and need support, we encourage you to step forward. Please send an email with details about your position or upcoming race, and how Brothers can assist you, to OperationAlphaSouth@gmail.com.
Watch this space. Check back soon as we begin to build and support the Sons of Alpha.

G.R.I.P.
Galvanizing, Re-engaging, Inspiring, and Providing Value
The G.R.I.P. Initiative is our charge for reclamation and retention. We will Galvanize our active Brotherhood by making reclamation a true priority, Re-engage inactive Brothers through data-driven, personal outreach campaigns, fraternal and social events, Inspire reclaimed Brothers by offering Chapter, District, Region roles tailored to their skills and preferences, and Provide Value through renewing the bonds of Brotherhood, leadership development, personal and professional opportunities—without initially overwhelming them with financial burdens.
Our mission is simple: To bring Brothers back to the House, one G.R.I.P. at a time.
